Sitting in a Wal Mart in Harrisonburg, Va. Left Staunton, Va this
morning and drive north on route 11. Drove completely through
Harrisonburg and a few miles north of town before turning around and
heading back into town. That was a first for us. Any other
time we came down here, all we ever did was use route 33 to head for
the mountains, without really exploring the town at all. There
are a bunch of different businesses along route 11 both on the north
and south side of the town. We did a load of laundry, ate lunch
and just started driving around the town in different directions for a
couple of hours. Picked up a free paper listing auto dealers in
the area, which I read later. It started raining about 4:00 or so
this afternoon. It is now a little after 10:00 now, and it has
rained on and off at times, and some of it was heavy. There is a
flood watch here for low areas, I think until about noon on
Friday. Not sure what we will be doing tomorrow, guess we'll just
have to wait and see. No pictures to post tonight - posted a
bunch last night - so you can enjoy them. Later....
